How it works

You explain, it learns, it answers

Three steps, no code. What eats your day today, someone handles tomorrow, and that someone is your agent.

Build my agent

Free until it has done anything. Ten minutes before it answers the everyday questions.

Step 1

You describe what you do

No form to fill in, no setting to figure out. You talk, in plain words, the way you would explain your trade to someone new. What you say becomes how it answers.

  • It reads your site, your prices, your documents
  • It keeps your rules: what you accept, what you turn down
  • You correct it by talking to it, never by changing a setting
What you write
I run a hair salon in Bristol. I take bookings on the phone, and it cuts me off mid-colour.
Got it. I can take bookings and give your prices. Which days are you closed?
Sunday and Monday. And I do not do extensions, better said upfront.
What it keeps
  • Closed Sunday and Monday
  • Prices read from your site
  • Never offers extensions
Step 2

You plug it in where people write to you

Your agent does not live on a separate page nobody visits. It answers where your customers already write, in their words and on their schedule.

  • WhatsApp, Telegram, your inbox, the chat on your site
  • A QR code on a table, a shop window, a quote
  • Several agents on one channel: the right one answers by itself

The chat on your site
Open on Mondays?
Saturday 10am is free, and a balayage is £85. Shall I hold the slot for you?
One agent, three places
Step 3

You look at what it did

Every evening it tells you what it handled and, above all, what it could not. That is where you improve it: one sentence from you, and it will not get it wrong again.

  • Every conversation, readable at a glance
  • What it refused to answer, and why
  • Its mascot grows as it serves: it hatches and can end up legendary

Your answer, once
We do not do those. Offer a balayage instead.
Kept. It will not hand that one back to you again.

It comes where you already are

Your customers write to it on WhatsApp, by email, on your site. It goes looking in your calendar, your records, your inbox.

Someone already knows how

A publicist, an accountant, a tradesperson has put their method into an agent. You can talk to it right now, with no account, and know who built it.

What people ask us

I know nothing about computers. Is this really for me?

Yes, and it is the one point we do not compromise on. You write no code and configure nothing: you talk to your agent the way you would send a plain message, and it takes shape during that conversation.

How long before it is useful?

About ten minutes for it to answer the everyday questions of your business. A few days of back and forth for the edge cases, because you are the one teaching them.

What if it says something wrong to a customer?

You decide what it is allowed to handle and what it must pass to you. You see every answer, you correct it in one sentence, and you can pause it at any moment.

Is my data used to train an artificial intelligence?

No. Your documents, your method and your customers’ conversations stay yours, only run your agent, and are never sold. The detail is in the privacy policy.

Can I try before paying?

You can talk to an already published agent without even creating an account, and build yours for free. You only pay once it starts doing real work.
The simplest thing is to try: it is free until it has done anything.
